information in the case and it will be presented in an
easily readable format.
Are the medical records complete?
Bailey Consultants will use their medical expertise to
review and identify medical records that might be
missing.
Is there a pre-existing condition that could become a bombshell in your case?
Bailey Consultants will develope a medical
chronological of the significant positive and
negative findings in the medical records.
Explanations of key medical terms and equipment will
be provided. Graphics and/or Tables that further
explain the medical aspects of the cases will be
included in the Appendix if needed. A short analysis
of the case from a medical perspective, including its
strengths and weaknesses will be included with the
chronology. Deviations from the applicable Standards
of Care will be identified. Conflicting documenta-
tion, missing documentation and recommendations for
additional documentation will be included.
Is there medical research available that will help or harm your case?
Bailey Consultant can perform medical literature
searches with copies of relevant published works from
reputable and reliable journals and texts.
